Say hello to Charlie! A whole lot of cuteness in a little package, Charlie is a young guy (born in October 2013), and is fully grown at a whopping 4 pounds. This little guy just loves people and other dogs. He is an expert kisser and is learning to walk on a leash. He's energetic and loves to play.
Charlie is a happy, healthy guy, looking for a loving forever home.
Charlie's vet let us know that his "baby" canine teeth have not yet fallen out, so his adopter will need to be prepared to have that done.
