Sadieâs life took a dramatic turn in June. Her mother died and left her and her 3 pals alone. Family members were not able to take her in. One dog was adopted, the ex-husband took one, one has disappeared. Sadie is left to live in the house alone. She has a fenced in yard and doggy door. She sleeps on the sofa waiting for the kind lady who is feeding to stop by. She jumps up at hearing her come in and runs to greet her grinning and tail wagging. She loves hugs and back rubs. She hasnât torn anything up in the house even with being alone for so long. She will walk on a leash. Weight guesstimate is about 70 lbs, give or take a few.
She is housetrained. She has a sweet disposition and has shown no aggression toward other dogs or people. She ignores cats unless they run. She is approximately 5 years old and is due a vet visit. (Will be paid for by rescuers.) Heart worm status is unknown.
She was originally rescued off the highway. She had a wonderful life and was loved. Now she wants, and deserves, another chance at life and love. Sadie's moms son wants to put Sadie down so he won't have to fool with her!
URGENT! THe family member has shut off electricity and water to the home.
